Kellan Montessori & Sports Centre is dedicated to practicing the method designed by Dr. Maria Montessori while incorporating the CBC system designed to nurture every learner’s potential through a strong foundation of knowledge and seven core competencies:
The Montessori system was developed over 100 years
ago, after Dr Maria Montessori discovered the universal
natural tendencies of children. Children are free to
move and choose their own work in the Montessori
classroom, promoting concentration, selfmotivation
and discipline, along with a love of learning that will
last a lifetime.
Our classrooms are designed for a particular kind of
work that matches the natural interests of the child at
a particular stage of life and growth. Our classrooms
are alive with children who are eager to learn and grow
with one another.
